Processing time

 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Because Fernwell partners with fulfillment centers to get you the best products at the best prices, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. Some items may arrive in separate packages if your order includes products from different fulfillment centers — this is normal and won't affect your total shipping cost.

Delays
